C&C Car Worx always tries to ship your requested items as quickly as possible after receipt of your order.
If your product is not in stock or requires painting, we will contact you to alert you to any excessive delay, should one occur.
Painted parts generally require about 10 days before shipping. However, it is customary for your non-painted order to be shipped within no more than 4-5 working days if not immediately, barring any weather-related issues or other emergencies.


About Free Shipping

During our Free Shipping promotion, anything you purchase on our website will qualify if your destination is within the Continental United States excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Since we utilize both UPS ground and USPS Priority Mail, how your package is shipped to you will be at the discretion of the merchant. As long as you provide your email address at the time of sale, you will be notified about how your package has been shipped with tracking information. When you complete your sale online, you can specify shipping from a selection of available choices to your destination which includes a variety of rushed overnight air, multiple day and ground options. You may have to click on the shipping option button in order to select other shipping options when offered and then clicking on "recalculate" to apply the change. Expedited shipping choices are additional in cost. If you live outside of the designated free shipping area, please contact us to provide other shipping options which are additional in cost. Posted expiration dates of the sale go into effect as of 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time of the date stated.

IMPORTANT UPS & USPS SHIPPING ALERT
When specifying your shipping address, you MUST include your STREET ADDRESS and your APARTMENT, SUITE or FLOOR NUMBER so your order can be delivered successfully. Also, if you use a Post Office Box in your address, we will be restricted to USPS delivery. HOWEVER, not all items can ship to a PO Box via USPS so we require that you also provide us with your street address. UPS cannot deliver to Post Office Boxes. Failure to comply with the above may result in extra charges. Thank you for your cooperation.


UPS Shipping Options within the United States
When you complete your sale online, you can specify UPS shipping from a selection of available choices to your destination which includes a variety of rushed overnight air, multiple day and ground options. If we are having a special promotion, Free Shipping may also be an option for a limited time. You may have to click on the shipping option button in order to select free shipping when offered or add a special code when ordering and then clicking on recalculate to apply the code. Sales apply to ground shipping only and include destinations only within the Continental United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii.). Postal Shipping Option for International Destinations

If you live in an area outside of the United States subject to international taxes and tariffs, we ask that you contact us to arrange shipping through the U.S. Postal Service which is much more cost-effective. UPS Shipping Rates

If you select from the choices of UPS options when you place your order, your shipping cost will be prominently displayed at the time of sale and will be added to your total cost based on product weight.

International Shipping Rates

If you live outside the United States, shipping can get complicated by costly taxes and tariffs. However, by utilizing the U.S. Postal Service for shipping to your international destination, such costs are greatly minimized. A Complaint is an Urgent Matter to Us

We hope you can understand that after the customary 10-day period, we cannot honor return requests except under extenuating circumstances. If an inordinate amount of time has passed before learning of your dissatisfaction, there may be a restocking fee on that return.
